All enquiries and applications for getting an allotment on Craven Vale and Whitehawk Hill sites need to be made directly to Brighton & Hove City Council and not to CVWHAS.

Waiting list situation
You can get an idea of the waiting list for plots on our two sites here.
Mini Bed Scheme
In Spring 2024, CVWHAS launched a new initiative to:
(a) give existing tenants the chance to downsize from their plots if they started becoming too much.
(b) give those on the site waiting lists the chance to get started growing their own fruit and veg, and to gauge whether they could manage a larger plot in the future.
